Stayed here for a vacation and had a pretty good experience. the location is just perfect. We were able to find several restaurants and shops nearby, and the free taxi service was a great perk. We loved the continental breakfast which had a good variety and the free wireless internet which we were able to use easily. the staffs were friendly and helpful, and the renovated rooms were spacious and clean. Plus, the hotel offered secure parking which was a relief.
The rooms were a bit cold and the heating system didn't work properly. the view from our room was not that great which was a disappointment.

We were a group of 7 from Norway who enjoyed a comfortable stay at this very pleasant hotel right on the city square in Kortrijk, We found it to be a good quality hotel with friendly staff. Good service and value for the money and with good breakfast, dining and drinks facilities. Will use this hotel again next time in Kortrijk.

The hotel was in a prime location, close to many restaurants and shops, making it easy to find things to do. the room was newly renovated and very clean, with comfortable beds to sleep on. One major advantage was the free taxi service in the area, making it easy to get around without spending extra money on transportation.
There were some negative aspects to the hotel. The first and most concerning was the faint smell of sewer that emanated from the bathroom.

The hotel is located right in the centre on the main square in a lovely old building, which adds an authentic charm to the stay. The staff were pleasant and provided good service throughout our visit. The rooms were modern and stylish, with attention to detail, and included basic amenities such as an a/c unit. Additionally, the value for money was great as the breakfast was included in the rate.
Our stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

Newly renovated bathroom, with an excellent shower! The hotel is in the middle of the city center, nearby you can find most of the popular restaurants. Breakfast was good, not special. You might opt booking the room without breakfast, as there are a couple of breakfast restaurant nearby. The staff was correct, however not with enthusiasm nor any initiative. The hotel minibar was reasonably priced (coke 2.50Euros). We could park the car in the underground parking nearby for 7E50 a day. Free wifi, key available at the front-desk.
The room was small, especially for us as we were traveling with a baby. The baby bed was too big for the room. The staff could not offer us a bigger room. During the reservation with bookings.com we clearly mentioned we had a baby traveling with us. The lift in the hotel is very small our pram just fitted.

Well located in city square and 6mins from railway station with excellent connections to all major centres (Lille, Brugge, Brussels,Ypres). Owner and staff spoke some English.
Breakfast was adequate but restaurant was very expensive.

The hotel is situated on the main square, right in the center, in a lovely old building. It offers a convenient location with several restaurants around it. the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. the rooms are newly renovated, spotlessly clean, and offer free wireless internet. the hotel also offers a complimentary taxi service within a 15 km radius. it provides a pleasant and convenient stay.
One negative aspect is that parking can be difficult to find in the city center.

The postion is perfectly in downtown at a walking distance from all the main points of the city.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets and blankets were clean and of good quality. Room was quite large and light.
The bedside lights should be bright enough to read. Change of menu in breakfast table is necessary if you have to spend in the same hotel for more than 1...2 nights.

The breakfasts were poor. The fruit had gone off, and it took 10 mins before any of the staff could get me a coffee. They were also bad at topping up the fruit juices and the croissants.
